Overview

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations and growing Client Accounting Services team. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to continue building a strong accounting foundation. Ideally, you are comfortable with day-to-day accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, and basic financial statement support. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

You’ll work closely with our accounting team to support client accounts, assist with month-end processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record and maintain journal entries
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Support the preparation and drafting of financial statements
• Work within QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting systems
• Assist with data cleanup, account reviews, and documentation as needed
• Collaborate and assist team members with various accounting related tasks
