Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Month-End Close
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, credit cards, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets)
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis for leadership
• Support sales tax filings and other administrative reporting
• Help document and improve accounting procedures
• Operational Accounting Support
• Assist with A/P and A/R processing as needed
• Review coding, support approvals, and ensure accurate posting
• Monitor aging schedules and support follow‑up communications
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
