Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking an early-career accounting professional to join our Finance team in a role that offers true ownership, broad business exposure, and a clear path to growth. You will collaborate with the Business Unit Controller, finance and sales teams, and gain hands-on experience in close, rebates, intercompany, and operational accounting.

You will work with a team dedicated to precision, innovation, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems; OneStream and Infor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliations and monthly activity for assigned accounts, including prepaids, commissions, and rebate reserves.
• Prepare recurring journal entries and month-end accruals.
• Administer distributor rebate programs and review customer deductions and claims for contract compliance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for intercompany transactions with trading partners.
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to determine the correct accounting treatment for sales deductions and expenses.
• Support year-end audit requests by preparing schedules, documentation, and account support for assigned areas.
• Compile information for state and local sales tax filings across cycles.
• Help maintain strong internal controls by following company policies.

What You'll Do at Justrite

• Compile information needed for state and local sales tax filings across monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual cycles.
• Help maintain strong internal controls by following and reinforcing company policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Expertise

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, distribution, or product‑based environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, and financial controls.
• Comfort working in ERP and financial systems; experience with OneStream and Infor is a plus.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with systems such as XA, BaaN, Syteline, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to rebates, sales deductions, intercompany transactions, or sales tax support.
• A continuous improvement mindset and interest in making processes more efficient.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work cross‑functionally with non‑finance partners.

Location

This position can be located onsite in Broomfield, CO or fully remote if located in MST or PST.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and its business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
