Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Supervisor in Colorado to lead daily production activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvements across facilities.

You’ll manage a cross‑functional team, coordinate between planning, maintenance, and operations, and safeguard production timelines while promoting a strong safety culture and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine is required.
• Experience with Casting/Plastics/Urethane is a plus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to analyze data to make material/product decisions in the absence of direction.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and delegate tasks.
• Able to plan to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the production floor to ensure safety, product quality, and target production rates.
• Ensures training, sets expectations, and provides feedback to associates.
• Keeps schedules and deadlines on track.
• Maintains daily production documentation and transactions.
• Develops and implements process improvements.

As a member of our Maintenance team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This dedicated team is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, addressing equipment malfunctions, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency. With a strong focus on safety and reliability, the Maintenance Team collaborates closely with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain a productive work environment. What You’ll Do at Justrite:

• Overseesthe productionfloorto ensure a safe environment, quality of product, andthat productionrates are met.


• Ensures proper training, sets clear expectations, and gives constructive feedbackto associates.


• Ensures all schedules and deadlines are achieved.


• Ensures that all production documentation and transactions are completed daily.


• Plans, develops, and implements process improvements and enhancements.


• Communicates and implements changes as directed.


• Ensure that raw materials and/or waste are disposed of according to policy and procedures.


• Report all equipment breakdowns to the Maintenance team, document, and manage workforce to maximize productivity.


• Workas a member of a cross-functional team.


• Ensure associatesmaintainproper inventory transactions, and correct inventory numbersthrough cyclecountsas necessary.


• Communicate to Planner/Schedulerregardingproduction variances.


• Communicate with Value Stream Manager,Purchasing, and Planner/Scheduler to prevent production disruptions.


• Maintain proper 5S and Visual Management standardsofthe production floor.


• Promote a safety-oriented culture,take actionin the event ofan unsafe situation, and complete allappropriate documentationregardingsafety observations, actions, and investigations.


• Ensure TPM activities are being performed on all equipment/facility according to required frequency.


• Ensure adherence to all companypolicies and safety regulations.


• Performs any other duties as directed by VS Manager and site leadership.


• Help supervise overtime shifts asrequired.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office


• Minimum of 2-4 years Supervisory experiencein a production environment.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
