We are partnering with a rapidly-growing client located in metro Atlanta that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This role will have direct communication and exposure to executive leadership and room for promotion!

*This is a hybrid opportunity in Atlanta, candidates must be local to the area or relocating to Atlanta*

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in month-end close processes and supporting other departments as needed
• Aid in the creation and implementation of accounting best practices and procedures
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, trend review, and variance analysis as well as assist with fixed assets and leases
• Prepare balance sheet and inter/intracompany reconciliations, assist with audit coordination, and assist with special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or CPA tracking highly preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with a large ERP
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
