Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-3 years accounting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Unanet, Costpoint or similar is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support as needed.
• Support month-end close and reporting activities.
• Maintain schedules and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
• Help improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects as assigned.
