Qualifications

• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Tickets.com ProVenue is helpful.
• Must be willing to complete the internship through its entirety (March 15, 2027 to September 2027)

Responsibilities

• Sell season, group, mini-plan and individual tickets for Spring Training 2027 and Minor League 2027 games.
• Assist in training and supervision of part-time ticket office staff.
• Support in printing tickets and maintaining ticketing policies.
• Answer calls and manage voicemails; assist in CRM and ProVenue tasks.
• Lead in customer service and day-to-day ticket office operations.
• Assist sales with client servicing for groups and corporate sponsors.
