Job summary

FC Dallas is seeking 2026 Ticket Taker & Ushers for game day events. The roles are hourly, mostly evenings and weekends, supporting patrons with entry, seating, and information while ensuring safety and order throughout the stadium.

Ideal candidates are friendly, customer-focused, and able to stand for periods. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Equal opportunity employer supportive of a welcoming fan experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must have a reliable transportation to and from events.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for a few hours at a time.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the stadium and scan tickets at entrance with an electronic scanner.
• Assist guests in locating seats and stadium amenities (restrooms, concessions, merchandise).
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain order and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
