Job summary

FC Dallas is seeking dedicated security staff for game days at Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center. This part-time, hourly role supports fans, staff, and guests by patrolling, checking bags, and responding to incidents during matches and events.

You will work mostly evenings and weekends, with a background check and ability to work in varying weather. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; must be 18+, have HS diploma, and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (subject to local regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Prior experience in event security, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in stadiums, entertainment, or event services.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong observational, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible presence aligned with FC Dallas standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor access points including bag checks and screenings.
• Respond to security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees.
• Document and report incidents to supervisors or authorities.
• Complete written reports of activities and observations during shifts.
• Follow all policies and safety protocols to maintain security and professionalism.
• Attend and work all assigned home games unless excused in advance; no-shows may lead to termination.
• Perform additional duties to support event operations.
