Job summary

NEBCO Realty Group is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Stadium Operations Manager with daily operations and maintenance at the baseball/softball facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is essential for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for fans and requires compliance with company safety policies.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff and coordinate event operations, ensuring the facilities are prepared and clean for all events. Candidates must have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and excellent numerical skills.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a professional sports environment or equivalent education and experience.
• Must have a valid NE driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s insurance program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing staff for game days and events.
• Attend all event operations meetings to stay updated.
• Assist with minor repairs and facility maintenance.

Skills

Excellent numerical skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple projects
