Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Retail Warehouse Operations Manager for on-site leadership at AT&T Stadium. You will direct day-to-day merchandise warehouse operations and oversee inbound receiving, inventory, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities include optimizing process flows, enforcing quality checks (UPC/RFID, pricing), and preparing budgets for the upcoming season. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Relevant inventory distribution experience in high-volume environment preferred.
• POS experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Able to work well within a team; available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound goods and ensure 24-hour receipt.
• Lead a 15–20 merchandise staff during peak season.
• Perform quality checks on inbound products (UPC/RFID, pricing).
• Handle inbound shortages, damages, overages promptly.
• Coach team to maintain standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Create and manage game/event day schedules and overtime.
• Oversee inventory splits and pulls for stores and kiosks.
• Organize monthly inventory counts for stores and kiosks.
• Assist in annual budget and business plan preparation.
• Monitor weekly labor budget and overtime.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through operations.
• Lead onboarding/training of staff for game/event duties.
