Job summary

Legends Global operates the retail warehouse at AT&T Stadium, overseeing day-to-day merchandise operations and inventory control. The role requires leadership of a 15–20 staff team during peak seasons and close coordination with Merchandise Operations.

The candidate will manage inbound goods within 24 hours, ensure quality checks on items, and drive continuous improvement to elevate guest experiences. On-site work includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with inventory distribution and control in high-volume environments.
• POS experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Able to work well within a team environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound goods within a 24-hour period.
• Supervise a team of 15-20 merchandise staff during peak season.
• Perform quality checks on inbound products (UPC/RFID and pricing).
• Address inbound shortages, damages, overages promptly and accurately.
• Coach staff to uphold standards of excellence.
• Create and manage game/event day schedules, including overtime.
• Manage inventory splits and pulls for stores/kiosks.
• Maintain detailed organization of all inventory.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage monthly inventory counts for stores/kiosks.
• Assist with annual budget and business plan for upcoming season.
• Manage weekly labor budget and overtime.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate with management on key operation areas.
• Lead onboarding/training of game/event responsibilities.
• Other duties as directed by leadership.
