Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Retail Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day merchandise warehouse operations at AT&T Stadium. The role reports to the Merchandise Operations Manager and covers inbound receiving, inventory control, scheduling, and SOP development.

You will manage a 15–20 member team during peak season, ensure accurate quality checks, and drive improvements while coordinating game/event day logistics. On-site in Dallas, nights/weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Relevant experience with inventory distribution and control in a high-volume environment preferred.
• POS experience is preferred.
• Able to learn new programs quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receipts within a 24-hour period.
• Supervise a 15–20 person team during peak season.
• Ensure quality checks on inbound products (UPC/RFID, pricing).
• Lead game/event day scheduling, hours, and overtime management.
• Maintain inventory splits and pulls for stores/kiosks.
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee monthly inventory counts across stores and kiosks.
• Prepare annual budget and business plan for the season.
