Job summary

Carolina-Panthers is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across Bank of America Stadium, DAS Building, and related facilities. You will manage CMMS work orders, supervise building automation controls, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable operation during stadium events.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience and/or training in maintenance of HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Universal 1 or 2 certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAC units, DX cooling and package units.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems and maintenance software.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel; comfortable with laptops/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative maintenance and repairs on all HVAC equipment, including critical cooling, pumps, chillers, cooling towers and building automation systems.
• Develop and maintain CMMS work order system for HVAC PM and repairs across multiple facilities.
• Oversee HVAC controls and BAS across the portfolio of stadium buildings.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide professional, timely solutions.
• Support venue operations and ensure quality, efficient HVAC service during events.
• Provide periodic HVAC support at events at related facilities (e.g., Charlotte area).
