Job summary

Legends Global Hospitality is seeking a Premium Cook to join the culinary team at AT&T Stadium, Dallas. You will prepare high-quality hot and cold dishes across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Line, Prep, Garde Manger, and Pastry functions, maintain safety standards, assist with events, and support teams during service. Prior kitchen experience and knife skills are valued; flexible schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot food items such as grilled, sautéed, fried, roasted, or baked.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper timing and coordination of food orders during service.
• Maintain quality and speed during peak service times.
• Perform knife work and basic food preparation including chopping and marinating.
• Prepare stocks, sauces, dressings, and pre-cooked components.
• Assist with bulk preparation for events, banquets, and concessions.
• Properly store and label prepared food items following safety standards.
• Support other kitchen stations as needed during service.
