The Hawker delivers safe food and beverage service in a mobile setting while maintaining exceptional guest experience. The role requires personable, professional behavior and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting fans, serving alcohol responsibly, explaining menu items and prices, guiding guests, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and following shift procedures with supervisors. Uniform must be worn on duty.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate menu offerings clearly to guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans courteously and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Serve alcohol safely in accordance with regulations.
• Explain menu offerings and pricing to guests.
• Guide guests around the stadium and direct them as needed.
• Keep bins and carrying equipment clean and meet health standards.
• Count inventory and secure product at end of shift.
• Follow pre-shift notes and check out with supervisor at shift end.
• Maintain proper uniform while on duty.
• Record equipment failures or safety hazards.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
