Job summary

The Lake Stevens School District is seeking two Stadium Coordinator positions to support event operations for the high school stadium, baseball fields and gated athletic fields. Coordinators will facilitate user groups, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and help ensure a safe, orderly environment for athletes and spectators.

Start date is ASAP with on-call hours. Successful candidates will follow district policies, health and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with students,

Responsibilities

• Communicate with users to determine needs.
• Assist maintenance and grounds staff in ensuring a safe environment for athletes and spectators.
• Open and close fields for group use.
• Comply with all district policies, auditorium rules, regulations and procedures.
• Consistently follow directions of the lead staff member.
• Work as a positive team member.
• Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and community.
• Know and follow health, safety and emergency procedures of the district.
• Demonstrate professionalism through conduct and punctuality.
