Job summary

Big Lake Public Schools #727 is seeking an Athletic/Activities Event Support to assist with game management, scoreboard operation, tickets, and related duties. The role is primarily late afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours at district athletic events.

This part-time hourly position pays $16.00 per hour and is not eligible for benefits. The employee reports to event site managers and works within the district's activity and athletic program guidelines.

• Knowledge and background in the assigned activity.
• Understanding of and agreement with the district's Student Activity and Athletic Code.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with coworkers, supervisor, parents, community members and students.

• Physical ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Announce, clock operations, game operators, tickets and other support positions at athletic events.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to the organization.
• Provide a positive environment and site management.
