Job summary

Denver Summit FC is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Operations to lead daily operation and readiness of the performance center and stadium. You will coordinate vendors, oversee contractors, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems during events.

Role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in facilities management for large venues, and willingness to manage multiple contractors around event windows. In‑office role at Centennial campus with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Facilities Management of campus style, stadium or large multi-unit venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors and ensuring safety compliance.
• Certifications: forklift, aerial lift and OSHA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Facilities and Sr. Director of Stadium Operations in daily operation and readiness of the performance center and stadium.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors, oversee contractor activities, and manage event-related facility tasks.
• Inspect and oversee maintenance, document status, and ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance to part‑time staff and ensure accountability across shifts and events.
• Manage small to mid‑sized projects and assist with larger capital projects.
