Job summary

Seattle Seahawks is seeking a Part Time Stadium Event Security Teammate to provide event-based security at Lumen Field and related venues. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external security needs, ensuring safety and guest experience while adhering to the Fan Code of Conduct.

This role involves indoor/outdoor work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include access control, credential verification, crowd management, and post-specific duties.

Qualifications

• Requires valid government-issued identification.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of a formal background investigation is required.

Responsibilities

• Report on time to the assigned check-in location and remain post until relieved by a lead or manager.
• Perform access control, credential verification, ticket support, screening and crowd management.
• Provide courteous directions and enforce venue rules and post orders.
• Observe for suspicious activity and report through the chain of command promptly.
• Use verbal de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with event leadership and emergency personnel when needed.
• Maintain radio communications and relay accurate information.
• Protect confidential operational information and equipment.
• Conduct interior/exterior patrols and monitor entrances and event spaces.
• Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations as directed.
