Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in security or related field.

• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• First Aid/CPR certification within twelve months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Payroll functions for security personnel using Dayforce or other designated software.
• Process accounts payable activities (POs, credit card reconciliation, etc.).
• Supervise security officers and schedule shifts for events.
• Build staffing grids and ensure coverage for events and operations.
• Maintain incident and end-of-shift reports and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new personnel.
