Job summary

First & Goal Inc. is seeking a Part Time Stadium Event Security Teammate to provide event-based security at Lumen Field, the Lumen Field Event Center and WAMU Theater in Seattle. You will be the primary point of contact for security needs, uphold venue rules, and ensure guest safety with de-escalation techniques.

Indoor/outdoor work and inclement weather are possible. Key duties include access control, credential verification, crowd management, reporting incidents, coordinating with leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background investigation must be completed.
• College coursework in criminal justice, security or related field preferred.
• Experience in corporate security, the military or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control, credential verification, and crowd management.
• Maintain post orders and enforce venue rules.
• Observe for suspicious activity and report to leadership.
• Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with Security Operations Center, law enforcement, and EMS when needed.
• Operate radios and share accurate information with the team.
• Document incidents and injuries accurately.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Successful completion of a formal background investigation

College coursework, preferably in criminal justice, security, or related field

Experience in corporate security, the military, or law enforcement
