Job summary

Allegiant Stadium is seeking a Safety Representative to inspect events, enforce safety standards, and respond to incidents with thorough documentation and reporting.

In this role you will inspect guest and staff areas, verify emergency exits, photograph incident scenes, interview witnesses, and review video footage to support accurate investigations. You must be able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced outdoor venue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to write clear investigation reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to injuries and illnesses during events with documentation and reporting.
• Interview guests and witnesses and document statements.
• Photograph incident sites and review video coverage.
• Inspect venues to ensure safety practices and exit accessibility.
• Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials and maintenance of safety equipment.
• Maintain clear lighting, pathways, and emergency exit accessibility during events.
