Job summary

Insignia Event Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Crew Member (Part Time – Hourly) in Glendale, AZ to support event build, setup, strike, and on-site operations at State Farm Stadium and related venues.

The role involves assisting with seating, equipment, signage, and logistics, while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining safety standards. Applicants should be 18+, possess a driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Must be comfortable operating heavy equipment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist during event build and strike days to properly set up events based on site layout plans.
• Assist in completing tasks for special projects.
• Supports Operations Teams during event hours of operation to complete any incoming production requests.
• Creates an inviting, welcoming, and positive atmosphere when interfacing with patrons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
