Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking an Event Operations Assistant to support event operations at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and surrounding facilities. The role is a part-time, variable-hour, non-exempt position with responsibilities for field setup, event coordination, and guest services.

The candidate will assist with game day operations, private events, and special events, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to DSGP policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and patrons.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with event operations at DSGP fields and surrounding areas.
• Organize setup and logistics for field events, private events, and leagues.
• Monitor safety and ensure policies and procedures are followed during events.
