Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a part-time Events & Promotions Assistant to execute off-site events and prize fulfillment. You will interact with fans, handle photo and video moments, and promote contests across KSE properties.

You will assist with vehicle upkeep and support the Marketing Director with prize distribution. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends, and outdoor work in various conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to drive per company standards is a minimum qualification.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Execute off-site events and prize fulfillment.
• Interact with fans, give away prizes, take photos and video as needed.
• Assist in maintaining all three radio station vehicles and set up equipment.
• Support the Marketing Director with prize fulfillment and event logistics.

Nature of Work:

This position reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the execution of all off-site events and prize fulfillment. This position is considered part time, without a set number of hours scheduled per week.

Examples of work performed:

• Work remotes, bar nights, events, live broadcasts and appearances for all three KSE Radio Venture properties
• Interact with fans and visitors, give away prizes, take photographs and occasionally video, promote various contests or aspects of the stations, and generally reach out to each brand’s audience in a positive, memorable way.
• Assist in maintaining all three radio station vehicles which includes car wash, vacuum, organizing and filling up gas tanks
• Assist the Marketing Director with prize fulfillment.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee could also be required to stand, walk or sit for a longer period of time. The employee will also be asked to lift and/or move items up to 50+ pounds, including setting up a 10’x10’ tent.
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekdays, nights and weekends
• Willing to work outdoors in any condition

  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation

• Base Hourly rate $19.29 per hour
