Job summary

Chief of Staff, LLC is hiring for event-driven culinary roles at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. You will run food, assist with guest requests, and serve high-quality items in a fast-paced setting during games and concerts.

The role focuses on cooking, order fulfillment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while delivering a top-notch guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions or stadium food service preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods and handle hot kitchen equipment
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements
• Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, eggs, and pancakes
• Set up and tear down equipment
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist with set-up, stocking, and breakdown of concession stands before and after events
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff
