Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor.
• Educate guests on facilities and event operations; provide customer service.
• Ensure a first-rate guest experience with attention to detail.
• Assist with event promotions and distribution of premium items.
• Support event staff with setup/teardown, registrations, interactive stations, and guest interaction.
• Handle special projects as needed.
