Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Boone, NC clinic inside Appalachian State’s Kidd Brewer Stadium. The role offers a clear path for new grads and experienced PTs, with autonomy and teaching opportunities on a high-level fellowship team.

The position features a lucrative package including $80,000-$100,000 salary, productivity incentives, a $10k sign-on, student loan repayment, and a 4% 401(k) match, backed by comprehensive benefits and AI-assisted charting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or eligible for NC licensure
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine PT
• New grads encouraged to apply
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

Responsabilités

• Perform outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education for return-to-sport and everyday recovery
• Treat orthopedic and sports injuries using dry needling, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, and blood flow restriction training
• Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with a residency- and fellowship-trained team
