BreakThrough Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to treat orthopedic and sports injuries in a Boone, NC clinic located inside Appalachian State University's facilities. Qualifications

• Licensed PT (DPT) or eligible for NC licensure.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine PT.

• CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education for return-to-sport and daily recovery.
• Treat orthopedic and sports injuries using dry needling, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, and blood flow restriction training.
• Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a residency- and fellowship-trained team.
