Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Kaseya Center is seeking a Club 1988 Bartender to prepare and serve beverages in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.

You will adhere to liquor regulations, stock and maintain the bar, greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, check IDs, handle cash, and keep the work area clean. This seasonal, on-site role offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic entertainments venue.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintains stock and preps garnishes and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes orders, mixes drinks, and handles cash and vouchers.
• Checks IDs and enforces safety standards.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
