Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and related supplies.
• Maintains garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Verifies IDs and ensures responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Takes and processes drink orders and prepares beverages using standard recipes.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area to health standards.
• Locks up and secures beverage products, cash drops, and equipment.
• Assists with stock rotation, bottle displays, and equipment setup.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
