Qualifications

• Must adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
• Must be able to set up bars and stock beverage supplies
• Must greet guests and take orders in a courteous manner
• Must process payments and ensure accuracy of charges

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes; ensures product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks per recipes.
• Checks guests IDs.
• Responds to intoxication as trained; follows liquor laws.
• Receives cash; makes change; verifies charges.
• Locks up and stores beverages and cash; secures bank.
• Performs cleaning tasks; keeps area clean and organized.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
