Job Description

Receive and prepare beverage orders, including mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate bank. Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving and preparing beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers.
2. Mixing beverages according to memorized standard recipes.
3. Serving beverages following established service procedures.
4. Operating cash register, completing transactions, and maintaining an accurate bank.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, including removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping the bar top.
6. Greeting and communicating with guests courteously.
7. Preparing requisitions and orders for bar stock.
8. Replenishing ice supply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
