Job Description

As a bartender, you will:

1. Receive and prepare beverage orders, including mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
2. Complete monetary transactions and maintain an accurate cash bank.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
4. Serve beverages to customers and cocktail servers, following established procedures.
5. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
6. Ensure the bar area is clean by removing used glasses, napkins, and emptying ashtrays.
7. Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
8. Prepare requisitions and orders for bar stock and replenish ice supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
