Johanson Technology Inc. is seeking a Stacking Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate stacking machines to produce dielectric material sheets, following travelers and process instructions.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, microscope experience, and basic computer/math skills; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. The role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Read the travelers to ensure correct build-up design and dielectric type.
• Read and locate program files; data recording in SPC Data Entry.
• Inspect stacked bars through the microscope.
• Ensure quality of prints; verify ink, screens, dielectric type, tape and thickness.
• Configure and orient tooling to support high-quality production.
• Perform first article inspection by tests before printing lots.
• Work with chemicals used for screen cleaning.

Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt):

$19.50 - $20.50/per hour. + Paid 30 - Mintue Meal Period.

Shift Differential:

3rd Shift Schedule:

11:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
