Job summary

Johanson Technology Inc. is seeking a Stacking Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate a stacking machine and ensure accurate material stacking per traveler instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, microscope experience, basic math and computer skills, and prior manufacturing exposure. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three months of microscope experience.
• Must be able to set up and operate a semi-automated machine.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Stack sheets of dielectric material as per traveler instructions.
• Read travelers to ensure correct build-up design and dielectric type.
• Read and locate program files; record data in SPC data entry.
• Inspect stacked bars through the microscope.
• Maintain print quality and proper ink, screens and dielectric tape thickness.
• Configure and orient tooling to support consistent, high-quality production.
• Perform first article inspections with multiple tests before lots are printed.
• Assist with cleaning chemicals used for screen cleaning.

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Stacking Machine Operator for our 3rd shift. Will be responsible for setting-up and operate stacking machine.

Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $19.50 - $20.50/per hour. + Paid 30 - Mintue Meal Period.

Shift Differential: $1.000

3rd Shift Schedule: 11:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least three (3) months of Microscope experience
• Must be able to set-up and operate semi-automated machine.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a Clean Room Environment
