Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with basic math and reading skills.
• At least three months of microscope experience.
• Experience setting up and operating semi-automated machines.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the stacking machine per traveler instructions.
• Read travelers to follow build-up design and dielectric type.
• Record data in SPC data entry system.
• Inspect stacked bars with a microscope.
• Ensure ink, screens, dielectric type, and tape specs are correct.
• Configure tooling to support consistent production.
• Perform first article inspections before running lots.
• Assist with screen cleaning chemicals as needed.
