Johanson Technology, Inc. is seeking a Stacking Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to set up and operate a stacking machine. Training for this position will be scheduled for 8 weeks during the 1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) but can be flexible if training on the 1st shift is not possible.

The company has over thirty years of experience designing and manufacturing high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and integrated passive components for the global electronics market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three months of microscope experience.
• Must be able to set-up and operate a semi-automated machine.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred experience in a Clean Room environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Stack sheets of dielectric material according to traveler specifications.
• Read travelers to ensure correct build-up design and dielectric type.
• Read and locate program files; data recording in SPC Data Entry.
• Inspect stacked bars through the microscope.
• Screeners are responsible for the quality of the prints they produce.
• Configure tooling to support consistent, high-quality production.
• Perform first article inspection by doing multiple tests before starting lots to be printed.

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Stacking Machine Operator for our 2nd shift. Will be responsible for setting-up and operate stacking machine.

Training for this position will be scheduled for 8 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) but flexible if unable to train on 1st shift.

JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.

Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt)

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Training on 1st Shift (up to 8 weeks)

7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

2nd Shift Schedule (after 8 weeks)

3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
