Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Stacker/Palletizer in Cold Spring, MN. The role supports palletizing operations, stacking boxes up to 50 lbs and transferring them from conveyors to pallets while maintaining product integrity.

The job includes occasional forklift use, scanner-based palletization, and teamwork in a safe, efficient line. Shift-specific hours are provided with benefits after eligibility and company-wide safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Pallet jack or forklift certification preferred.
• Handheld scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

• Transfer boxes from conveyer belt to wooden pallet without damaging product.

Stacker/Palletizer

Responsibilities:

• Stack boxes that weigh up to 50lbs in the correct numbered amount
• Transfer boxes from conveyer belt to wooden pallet without damaging the product
• Occasionally operate forklift and pallet jack
• Use handheld scanner and stickers to palletize boxes accurately
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification preferred
• Hand held scanner experience preferred
• Ability to work in cold environment
• Ability work well with other
• Ability to live 50 lbs. Or more
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)
