Alloy Holdings, LLC is seeking a bonding technician to join the stack bond department. You will set up, operate and maintain bonding machinery for joining metal alloys, monitor output for quality and inspect finished products.
Responsibilities include base metal trimming and brushing while upholding safety rules and reporting incidents or near misses. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years in manufacturing (metals preferred), and comfort reading process sheets and tolerances.
Primary functions in the stack bond department, joining various metal alloys via gas fired bonding and induction bonding processes. O ther functions will include brushing, loading/unloading furnaces, base metal trimming and general material handling to support the Bonding Department. Bonding – setting up, operating and maintaining machinery used to bond or join metal alloys
Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality
Inspect finished product

Support a safety culture by following all safety rules including reporting all incidents and near misses.
