Job summary

Alloy Holdings, LLC is seeking a bonding technician to join the stack bond department. You will set up, operate and maintain bonding machinery for joining metal alloys, monitor output for quality and inspect finished products.

Responsibilities include base metal trimming and brushing while upholding safety rules and reporting incidents or near misses. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years in manufacturing (metals preferred), and comfort reading process sheets and tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in metals.
• Ability to read process sheets and prints.
• Work with close tolerances.
• Knowledge of using verniers, calipers and micrometers.
• Working with quality control and data collection.

Position Summary :

Primary functions in the stack bond department, joining various metal alloys via gas fired bonding and induction bonding processes. O ther functions will include brushing, loading/unloading furnaces, base metal trimming and general material handling to support the Bonding Department. Qualifications/Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in metals
• Ability to read process sheets and prints
• Work with close tolerances
• Knowledge of using verniers, calipers and micrometers
• Working with quality control and data collection

Physical Requirements /Safety :

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use material handling equipment with a 1,500 lb load
• Support a safety culture by following all safety rules including reporting all incidents and near misses.
