Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Stablecoins team within the Developer product group. You will help build and operate backend services powering international stablecoins, evaluate and integrate external APIs, and support issuance and operations across Retail, Exchange, Prime, and Custody.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with product managers, designers, and tech leads, and contribute to reliability, observability, and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production backend services with SOA.
• Proficiency in Go and exposure to Ethereum or EVM.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external systems.
• Ability to deliver features end-to-end with autonomy.
• Familiarity with distributed patterns and quality code.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services powering stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations.
• Integrate external partner APIs with internal systems for international stablecoins.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production and operation.
• Support smart contracts for mint/burn and security reviews.
• Collaborate across Stablecoins UX, Growth, and Ecosystem to enable rewards and conversions.
