Starting pay is tiered by skill level from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with paid time off and holidays and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential carpentry, home remodeling, or maintenance.
• Reliable vehicle to transport tools and materials.
• Own hand and power tools to support your craft.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for daily customer interaction.
• Comfort using smartphones or tablets for scheduling and job tracking.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements at residential properties.
• Use ServiceTitan tablet to manage schedule and log job details.
• Greet homeowners professionally and deliver high craftsmanship.
• Transport and operate your own tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team and mentor others as needed.
