Culver Academies, located in Culver, Indiana, seeks a Stable Manager to oversee daily care of a 94-horse herd within the Horsemanship program. You will lead up to 16 rider/grooms and 4 second-shift grooms, schedule work patterns, and coordinate with the Director of Horsemanship to maintain a fit, healthy herd delivering training outputs.
This role requires strong leadership, compliance with health and safety standards, and occasional overnight travel.

The Stable Manager organizes and manages all aspects of the daily care for a herd of 94 horses stabled and at grass within the Horsemanship program. Responsible for the daily management of up to 16 rider/grooms and the second shift grooms (4) including all scheduling of working patterns 7 days a week and reporting. Works collaboratively with the Director of Horsemanship to ensure Culver maintains a fit and healthy herd to deliver the required training in all outputs.
