Job summary

Reindance is seeking a dedicated full-time Horse Stable Hand and Groundskeeper to maintain horses and facilities at a private dressage facility in Minnesota. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable collaboration, and long-term commitment, with a structured 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

schedule and six days per week (Saturday off). Responsibilities include cleaning, stall and paddock maintenance, feeding, turnout, monitoring health, and assisting with landscaping and fence repairs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of barn worker experience.
• 3-5+ years of handling horses.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to learn to operate a tractor and other small farm machinery.
• Willing and able to work outside in all 4 seasons.
• Preference given to Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the continual process of cleaning the facility.
• Muck stalls/paddocks.
• Feed/water horses and fill hay nets.
• Turn horses in/out.
• Monitor horses for injury and illness.
• Assist with landscaping.
• Assist with fence repairs.
• Assist with other maintenance projects as needed.

Are you passionate about horses? We have a beautiful, privately owned, small dressage facility and are looking for an experienced, responsible and reliable full-time Horse Stable Hand and Groundskeeper who can assist with maintaining our horses and facilities.

Our facility is heated with a fully enclosed center aisle barn. We are seeking a highly qualified individual with exceptional attention to detail who is searching for a long-term position at a farm.

We are a small barn community looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys working with others. The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration and conversation - not significant independent work.

Job Duties
