Job summary

Englewood Lab, Inc. in Totowa, NJ is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate – Stability to support the OTC stability program in a strict cGMP environment.

You will coordinate sample storage, pulls, shipments, and stability data review, working with the Stability Coordinator and Lab teams. This onsite, full-time role offers hourly pay of $17.00–$21.00 and requires 0–2 years' QA or stability experience, with an Associate's degree in science preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years QA, QC, stability or lab ops in GMP environment; OTC/pharma preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP (21 CFR 210/211) and ISO 22716; ICH stability guidelines a plus.
• Good documentation practices and data integrity (ALCOA+).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP/LIMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability master schedule and pulls, coordinate samples and shipments.
• Review and trend stability data for QC and labs; support protocols and reports.
• Assist investigations into stability deviations and OOS/OOT results; track CAPAs.
• Support stability SOPs, change controls and audit-ready records.
