Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I for the 3rd shift in Pomona, CA. You will operate tools and machinery to produce dental consumables in a regulated setting, following GMP, SOP, and manufacturing instructions.

You will set up equipment, monitor processes, perform quality checks, assist with inventory, and document all activities. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Job Description: The Manufacturing Team Member I (3rd Shift) will be responsible for performing tasks including operating tools and machinery to produce dental consumables, used to restore teeth in a highly regulated environment. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Must be able to work overtime, when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, follows work instructions to produce dental consumables including setting up equipment, weighing material, loading mixing equipment, monitoring process, and completing all required documentation per quality policies and procedures.
• Performs quality checks throughout the production process to avoid rework and scrapping of product and material.
• Assist with inventory management by immediately replenishing supplies and reporting a shortage of materials.
• Immediately report productivity and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report any issues or concerns related to safety immediately.
• Report damaged material, tooling and/or machinery to the appropriate personnel for prompt repair or replacement.
• Independently complete all required training via computer and attend any required in-person training.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and quality.
• Read, comprehend, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).
• Participate in continuous improvement activities through the Envista Business System (EBS) including Kaizens, 5S events, Standard Work workshops, Kanban, and Kamishibai.
• Work overtime when needed.

Target Market Salary Range

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan $22.00 - $26.90 per hour
