Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation in Texas is seeking a warehouse associate to prepare, package, verify and ship medical devices in accordance with procedures and quality standards. The role supports daily operations, maintaining organized work areas and accurate order processing.

Responsible for preparing, packaging, verifying and shipping medical devices in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. This position supports daily operations but ensuring products are handled accurately, safely and on time. This includes maintaining organized work areas, assisting in inventory counts, restocking materials and shipping out product throughout the ERP system. Employees are expected to work collaboratively with team members across operations, customer service, quality and manufacturing to help ensure customer expectations are met. This position does require the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs, walk, stand and bend for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and be able to pivot to different tasks quickly is important for this roll.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull and carry 40 lbs. regularly
• Previous warehouse and shipping experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and shipments
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Target Market Salary Range

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
