Qualifications

• Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Must enjoy working around children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks
• Complete basic maintenance tasks
• Assist with event setup, furniture moving, and facility preparation
• Monitor building conditions and report issues promptly
• Maintain safe work practices when using chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping assistance, and floor care
