Job summary

QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and develop a cohesive, high-performing team.

You will reinforce standards, train clerks, and help maintain a welcoming customer experience under the Store Manager's guidance. Responsibilities include mentoring peers, resolving conflicts, ensuring store appearance and safety, managing merchandising, and coordinating cross-shift efforts to meet customer demand.

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager at QuikTrip, you'll play a hands‑on role in supporting store operations and helping your team succeed.
